Ctopia is available to users located in the United States at launch.

Users may be under 18 years of age only if their account is created, supervised, or managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Ctopia is not intended for children under the age of 13 unless their account is controlled by an adult in compliance with applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental involvement.
