Ctopia is a creator business management platform that enables creators, agencies, and collaborators to manage deals, contracts, payments, timelines, and reporting.

2. Eligibility & Accounts
Ctopia accounts may be created by:
- Adults (18+), or
- Minors only if managed or supervised by a parent or legal guardian
Children under 13 may not independently use Ctopia.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Account Use & Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Ctopia for lawful business purposes only
- Not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Platform Functionality Disclaimer
Ctopia provides business tools, not legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Contracts, invoices, tax estimates, and reports are tools, not substitutes for professional advice.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing agreements and complying with applicable laws.
5. Payments & Transactions
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Ctopia does not store full payment card or banking details.
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.
Ctopia is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party processors.
6. Data & Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload.
By using Ctopia, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Services.
Ctopia does not claim ownership of creator content.
7. Anonymous & Aggregated Data Use
Ctopia may use platform data to produce aggregated, de-identified, non-attributable analytics and industry benchmarks.
These insights may be used for product improvement, reporting, or thought leadership and will never identify individual users.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in unlawful or abusive conduct
- Compromise platform security
You may terminate your account at any time. Certain records (e.g., financial or audit data) may be retained as required by law.
9. Availability & Modifications
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Ctopia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to Ctopia in the past 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
